Terms of service

The agreement between Menulo and the restaurants that use it. The short version: use it fairly, and we'll keep it running well.

01The service

Menulo lets restaurants publish menus and take orders from tables. Features may change as we improve the product; we'll give notice before removing anything you rely on.

02Accounts

You're responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

03Your content

Your menus, photos and data stay yours. You give us permission to host and display them so the service can work — for example, showing your menu to guests who scan your codes.

You're responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen information and dish descriptions shown to guests.

04Trials & billing

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After that, plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

05Acceptable use

Don't use Menulo to break the law, mislead guests, or interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

06Liability

We work hard to keep Menulo available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
